Hotlanta guy or Anita the disco pharmacologist fics?

Hi! Long time lurker, first time poster. 

I am a sucker for fics that develop and flesh up small (tiny) characters and i was wondering if there were any where Hotlanta dude had a bigger role? Same thing about "that pig Anita".
I'd love to read more about them and what the fandom came up with for these two.

I seem to remember a WIP where Anita is actually related to Brian -- his sister, maybe? I don't read WIP, but know I saw that description and was intrigued by it. Probably on Midnight Whispers.

Even though we never met Anita, for some reason I always thought she was a drag queen. I don't know why, but from the first time I saw episode 1 and she was mentioned, I though 'drag queen.'
