getithereBrian has become a bit of a loner because he was injured in (I think) the bombing of Babylon.
A few of the Liberty Ave. peeps died as well including Ted and Michael (again, I think). He goes to some out of the way place to escape. Justing\ is there as actually lives there and has his own physical disability (cause I can't remember) which is possibly a limp. I know I'm not being a huge help here.
Anyway, Justin is "assigned" to help Brian while. They,fall in love and supposedly, along the way, their disability and/or scars disappear when, really, they don't. It's their love for each other that causes it...because of that love, they no longer see the imperfections of the other.
