New Backup site

Here is the link of a new GIH backup site!

Unfortunately you'll have to log in to download the fics, and I'll be the only one who'll be able to add fics there (something I'll try to do once a week), but if the 4shared accounts were to disappear like the Megaupload account we had, this site would still be here :)

I'm still searching for an easier script to use (one where people would be able to upload themselves), but in the meantime, I hope you'll find this one useful.

The first page is just to get the username and password to log in and a bit of a rambling about the way things are organized.
Please, if you'd like to contact me about the site for whatever reason, comment there. No need to log for that :) Just enter a valid email adress so that I can answer you.

Listen, I in no way intend to be a bitch, but I've gone to HUGE trouble to make sure my fic is available in a multitude of places. I'm still writing, still in fandom, still have a journal in which I still post, and I still even comment here from time to time. I'm really shocked you uploaded my fic without asking me. And had you asked, I'd have said no. I want to be in charge of where my fic goes. Would you please take it down from your site?

Thank you very much. And I know this will seem bitchy, but it's just really important to me.

You should make a post here asking for people to not upload your fics on backup accounts or anywhere else. My site is just a mirror of the 4shared account of this community (see sidebar). Your fics are still there and I can't remove them, it's not my 4shared account.

I'm sorry I didn't ask you about your fics but, basically, I'm just 'backing up' the 'backup site'.
