You are right of course. I haven't read it so far, but I scanned through it. It appears Brian is a time traveller who saves Justin during several incidents in the past. Starts with Craig and Jennifer on the way to the hospital for Justin's birth.

thank you for your patience in going through all of the files to find the remaining 4 chapters.

I must admit that Julia's Happily Ever After was one of the first QAF fics I ever read and it has always been a favorite of mine.

Also, there's always someone looking for her "Dirty Dancing" fic. Which I think is up on MW. She kind of fell off the map - I don't think she's written anything in at least 2 years.
