Justin hurt/abused and brian is suspected of doing it but actually didn't

Hey!

Looking for a certain fic...all I remember is Brian takes Justin to the hospital because he got hurt or beat up or something and the doctor thinks brian did it and is then surprised that Brian wanted to tell the authorities about it and justin says no...

Also any fics where Justin gets hurt and someone and/or doctors think Brian is responsible but he's really not...

Oh, dammit, I KNOW this fic!! Arrrgh, brain freeze, go away! I even remember that scene, because Justin is all, "Hey. Brian, the doctor thinks you did this!"

Then again, I remember several like that.

I'm pretty sure it's a Vamphile fic- in her Superstar 'verse, just after Justin gets beaten up by Craig and Brian takes him to the emergency room.

Yes, there's a scene like that in Chapter 10 of Superstar (http://www.valerielewis.net/bj/superstar10.html). (Craig beats up Justin in Chapter 9, and Brian takes Justin to the hospital in Chapter 10.)

I remember that fic but I have no idea where I read it :(

I'm pretty sure that it was Justin's boyfriend or someone with whom he lived, who beats him on a daily basis. But I can be wrong :)

Anyway, I hope someone will find that fic I really would love to read it again.

I'm not sure, but could it be "The Bet" by Draccone? A scene is about Justins former boyfriend (Cameron) coming over to Brian's and hurting Justin. Then Brian and Justin go to hospital and the doctor thinks that it was Brian.
