who is Judy?

I've noticed that a great deal of older QAF fics attribute their plot bunnies to Judy.
Who is the infamous Judy.

Example - Meredith, Thyme, Moonshadow Woman all have notes referring to Judy's plot bunnies

Judy for me is the wonderful Judy U - who lives in Colorado and has the most amazing plot bunnies ever

Judy had been around for years. She was full of great plot bunnies but is not around much any more. :( I have met her in person & she is awesome!!!

I remember that! In SOOOO many Author's Notes there would be thanks to Judy for the great plot bunny.

I'd always been so curious as to who this Judy person was.

I think the Judy mentioned is always the same person. She did have awesome plot bunnies and was very generous about sharing them. I hope she sees this because she deserves the praise. I miss her ideas.
