Mod Post: DL sidebar and Megaupload

I received a PM from a member saying that the first DL folder on the sidebar isn't working.

Here's the reason:

No idea when or if the site will return. If anyone finds additional info on this, please make a post. Giving blanket permission on this because lots of people use MUL for fics, pics and other things.

Seriously, check the links above. As the title of one post says, this is not hyperbole; LJ, FB, Tumblr, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, you name it, most sites that keep us connected would be affected. Please take a moment to contact your members of Congress, and sign Sen. Ron Wyden's petition, too.
