Queer Theories

Hello Everone!!

While looking through the tags I came upon a post that talked about Queer Theories. In the post there was this link: http://www.fortruthis.com/gaelmcgear/fanfictionpage.html

The link no longer works. I looked through the author's tag, but neither the LJ of the author, or any other links that start with "fortruthis.com" work. Did the author move his work to another server, or does anyone have a backup of this author's stories??

Edit: The LJ of the author was found (http://gaedhal.livejournal.com/), but no luck with the website. I guess that as far as that one goes, it's lost  ?  :\ ...

Try LJ account gaedhal.livejournal.com, go to the tags and you will find what are you looking for. I hope. The last update on LJ was ond August 30th 2011. Or PM the author and ask about the other web site. Metka

When that website was being funky before I went to their account and almost all of their past stories are linked to a non-existant webpage (not the same as the one posted above). So yeah.

There is some downloads for the stories at the yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/queer_theories_by_gaedhal/ but you have to join first.

I'm not particularly fond of the yahoo groups, so I'll try the LJ account first, and see if anyone else has either a d/l of the story or something along the way. Thanks though!

You can join the Yahoo group, but set your preferences to not receive any email. Under files, every fic by Gaedhal is available in both Word and PDF formats. You could always join, download everything, then un-join.

I've contacted Alix, but it's a holiday here, so she might be away.

The site goes down sometimes, but Alix has always gotten it back
up. So don't panic yet.

In the meanwhile, most of the fics are available as PDF's in the Yahoo
Group. You don't have to get mail after you join -- just set for no mail.
All fics are in the Files section.

I'll add anyone who asks.

Thanks for the info, there's no hurry at all :)! Since it seems that everyone has a backup of the your fics in one way or another, there's no need to panic :D!
