Deb won't let Justin off work for trip w/ Brian and fires him

I don't remember much else about this fic, including why Debbie was being such a bitch to Justin. I think this is around he holidays, post Ian, and Brian bought tickets to Vermont for the 2 of them to make up for the trip they never took. I also remember Justin's parting shot as he slammed out of the diner was a remark about suing for unlawful termination. Anyone know the fic I'm talking about? Thanks!

FOUND! I mixed up 2 fics in my head. I'm thinking of 'Mirror' by Besame, where Brian takes Justing on a trip, and Justin has to quit in order to go. It's another fic where he threatens to sue because he's fired. See comments for all the info.

It might be the story in which Brian and Justin are suing for custody of Gus. Debby was on the girl's side and ended up firing Justin. I don't remember much about the trip but I do remember the part about Justin telling Debby that he would sue her for unlawful termination.

I do remember this one but I don't remember the name.Brian surprises Justin with a trip and he asks Debbie if he can have the time off but she's mad at Brian because Brian and Mikey were fighting but Deb doesn't know why .I think it might be one where Brian and Mikey slept together and it screwed up Mikey's relationship with Ben.Hopefully it helps.

I just checked Changing Family Dynamics. It's a great fic, but its not the one I was thinking of. I've read so many B/J fics that my middle aged brain can't keep track of them all - the mind is the first thing to go! Anyone out there remember a title or author (big sad puppy dog eyes)? I would be so grateful, cause this is driving me crazy (or crazier).
