Lesson Learned is a good story. I enjoyed rereading it... However you have another story that I think fits this category that is a favorite of mine and I read it often.
Bewitched and Bewildered (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/TF/BB.htm) by oasis6028 aka Thyme Justin gets fed up with Brian's tricking and having to leave Brian's bed for the 309 11pm trick is the last straw. Brian has to convince Justin to give them another chance. I love this story.
Another favorite is: The Sixth Panel (http://besame-bj.livejournal.com/56962.html) by besame_bj Brian throws Justin out during the season 4 cancer arch. Justin disappears and Brian has to convince him to come back. I can’t remember if this is one of her locked fics so you may have to friend her to read it.

I remember reading at least one story where Justin sees Brian having sex with Michael at the comic store in season 2 and leaves Brian. Brian has to work get him back. I can’t remember the title or author but maybe someone else can remember.
