getithereI am looking for an AU fic where Justin is a famous artist who takes on one student per year.
Teenaged Gus is selected but must move to where Justin is(South I think).
Brian is not working (fired or sold business) so he packs up and moves with him.
Brian bought a house that had no water/power. Both Mollie and Emmett are big in the story too.
I hope someone can help me with this request
