 I've been reading a lot of fics including Justin being a lot like Brian is in the show. I was wondering if maybe there were some where both Justin and Brian were both stubborn and hid their feelings?
Of course, ending as Brian/Justin.

Also,
Fics where The Gang are in high school, I've already read a lot of the common ones.

In all already named below I haven't seen "Big Man In Campus" it the lists. Have you read it too?

And about stubborn J/B "In His Kiss" can kind of fit description. But if you meant "mean" by "stubborn", then it won't fit at all.

If you are still looking for a good "stubborn" B/J you could try Draccone's JUST YOU AND ME. It is a WIP that hasn't been updated in a while but still has 20 great chapters.

I'm reading "Subject to Change" by soundczech. It is very much "both Justin and Brian were both stubborn and hid their feelings".
It's AU. Brian left for NY in 121 and Justin never went to Prom. They meet in NY 6 years after S1.

There's a WIP about non-conventional Brian Justin relationship that I also liked very much. Though it is WIP, it feels like it is meant to be that way, an open ending, you know.
