I've come across a reference to "10 Ways Justin Could Have Topped But Didn't" Series by jans_intentions" and wonder if anyone has this stories saved or a working link to them. Obviously the author's journal has been deleted.

Jan doesn't want to share with any community, unless of course you pay. That of course is her right. But I found that once you had read a couple of her stories you pretty much read them all. Just plug in different times and names.

That means we are already advertising here for her for free. Lol.
I'm not THAT interested to pay for it.
Perhaps she should let us sample the merchandise, so we would pay for more, once we get the taste of it, if it is THAT good.
That could help promote sales.

She has an LJ somewhere out there (or maybe it was an IJ ... not sure), where she promote her stories. They are advertised as original stories, and you can preview a few pages (I think). At any rate, if you take out the names in those stories and replace them with Brian and Justin, you'll see that they were her QAF stories just formatted with different names.

At any rate, most of them (In my opinion) were highly out of character, and so far off the QAF fandom that it was sometimes quite laughable!!

I did enjoy her story based on Do Androids Dream of Electronic Sheep as it was interesting seeing how she subbed QaF characters for the originals. But, of course, there's no way she can pretend that one is "original fiction" as the plot etc. are straight out Philip K. Dick's novel.
