Justin Unconscious in Hospital; Brian Puts on Their Rings

In this post-513 fic, Justin is in some sort of accident in NYC and loses consciousness. Brian hurries to his side, and puts on both of their wedding rings. He plans to tell Justin, when he wakes, that it's time to wear them and for Justin to come home. But when Justin wakes, he's lost part of his memory. He assumes they're really married and still living in Pittsburgh.

This story recently came up in the recs of a previous post, but the person recommending it didn't remember the title. I searched the "amnesia" tags, but I couldn't find it in any of them.
