I think it's Something Only We Know. It's in one of the DL caches on the side. Ethan keeps Justin locked up in his apartment, he's been there for like, 3 or 5 years or something. Justin finally manages to get out and get to Brian.

ETA: Oh, oops! You asked for BRIAN, not Justin. Oh well, you can read that one, too.
