Justin in blind and pregnant

I've been tagging it but I didn't find this story. I think is one-shot, Brian is traveling with Gus back to his Mommies and there is a blizzard and they spot at the inn where is Justin, Brian finds out that he is blind and very pregnant with the twins, Justin's mother wants them to be adopted and in the end Brian convince Justin to keep the babies and go with him.
