I hope this request is allowed, but I know that many of us were wondering about Branwen777's abrupt disappearance from LJ and ff.net. I saw that she is back, and had posted a request on her ff.net bio.

Some of you wouldn't happen to have any of my artwork or videos lying around on your computers? If you do could you please email them to me I would like to have some of them back. Thanks!

I think I have everything back now… well except for the stuff I hadn’t posted, but I can live with that although it is disappointing considering the sheer amount of un-posted stuff I had in my fanfiction folder, but maybe this will help me focus on the stories I already have.I’m doing fine now for those of you who’ve asked. I’m out of the woods so to speak but pretty much confined to my room/living room for a little while, however, it’s nice being waited on hand and foot LOL.

I’m touched by the messages/pms/reviews/emails you guys are sending me. I know it sounds bad but I’m so happy to know that you all missed me so much and that you kept my stories around for me. I don’t mind that you keep copies of them, quite the opposite in fact. I’ll be posting my PDF versions back up at some point for those of you who never got those copies.

I’ll keep you guys posted on how I’m doing and when I take a small break - if I do LOL. Honestly, writing is one of my passions, and the stress of updating wasn’t the reason for what happened. There were a lot of other more personal stresses in my life, plus I’d been sick for a while, so honestly it was inevitable what happened. I knew it was going to happen at some point in my life, and I think it’s best it happened now while I’m young and able to recover better.

I am flattered and in awe that so many of you actually kept my stories saved to your computers, even my ideas and unfinished works, my email box is flooded with emails and it makes me so happy! LOL I was upset when I got home and realized that they were all gone and trust me my friends feel sufficiently guilty about that. I think they just got caught up in the moment of getting rid of my stuff and “de-stressing” me. They threw away a lot of stuff that was unnecessary (like the shoes my puppy chewed up but I still refused to throw away because they were so comfortable but usually they just ended up sitting by my front door in the way).

I’ve missed my stories and I’ve missed you guys so much that I could cry I’m so happy to be back. I am feeling much better now that I’m back home. I hate hospitals and I’ve had quite enough of one to last me a lifetime, so hopefully I won’t be staying in one again for a while. Anyway keep sending those emails and after I get things a bit more organized I’ll make a list of all the stories I have and the ones I still need.

As most of you may already know I recently suffered a pretty long stint in the hospital for a heart condition I won’t go into detail about because it’s personal. However coming home I realized that while I was away a few friends of mine took it upon themselves to erase all stress from my life, not that they could have succeeded, but it was touching that they tried. Unfortunately my fanfiction writing was one of the things that they decided needed to go.

A friend of mine who knows where I keep my notebook of passwords and accounts took it upon themselves to erase everything, and while I’m touched that they were trying to be thoughtful, I am also very upset that I’ve lost all of my work and I am very very very sorry that I just disappeared from you guys without a word. I hope you guys know that I would have never done that willingly and if I had just disappeared I would have at least left my completed works up for your enjoyment.

I’ve searched my computer, old cds, USB drives, even old floppy disks I found stored away, but I don’t have any of my stories saved anywhere anymore. If any of you have any copies could you please send them to me? I can’t promise that I’ll start updating immediately, but I’ll try, and again I’m so sorry to have disappointed you guys.
