Looking for a fic where Justin runs away and Brian finds him, they adopt

Hi all-

I had surgery today and I am looking for a couple of fics. I think they were two separate fics but I am not sure.

1. a car that Justin, Gus, and Michael were in crashes and brian saves Gus and Michael before he saves Jutin.

2. In the other fic, I think Justin breaks his leg and ends up staying with Granny. Brian and Gus find him.

Now that I am thinking about it, I think they are the same fic. I believe they adopt the 2 kids at the end.
