I can't remember anything about the fic, except for one itty bitty part: Justin noting that Brian can't fall asleep unless Brian's touching him in some way. There is a specific reference made to Brian touching his lips to the nape of Justin's neck. They're not kissing, and Brian's not awake. It's just this barely there touch of Brian's lips to the nape of Justin's neck. I do remember I found that image beautiful and loving.

Is it Erin's '21' series (http://queerasfolk.wired-hub.net/erin/21_01.html)? There is a part about Brian not being to fall asleep without some part of his body touching Justin's in chapter 5. Too bad it's unfinished, that story is so hot.
