I remember nothing except that Jenny Rebecca was in late toddlerhood to early childhood and had a huge crush on Justin despite knowing he was gay. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Maybe. I read a fic where she had a crush on Justin just within the past week but I don't remember it. Here's a little of what I remember and, if it sounds like the one you're looking for, maybe the additional description will help someone tell us.

It's post-513 and Justin's back in the Pitts. He hasn't seen the munchers or the kids in a few years. Gus sorta doesn't remember him at first but then when Brian says Justin is the one who did the painting in their living room, Gus perks up. Another scene is them in the diner. Jenny's all flirty with Justin and Gus tells her Justin is Brian's partner and he doesn't like girls. She says, "but you like me, right?" and Justin says of course he does. Brian tells Mikey he needs to buy her some gaydar. Mikey says you'd think she'd've come preprogrammed. then another scene is them all saying goodbye at the airport and JR doesn't want to let go of Justin and he says he can't come visit her if she doesn't get on the plane to go home. Brian is upset at saying goodbye to Gus and suggests going to the diner. Ben and Mikey get snippy and Brian and Justin leave and go somewhere.
