getithereI have this fic somewhere on my harddrive but I can't find it because I can't remember the author or title:
Brian and Justin are apart. But Justin organizes a christmas vacation for the both of them. I remember Cythia helping with that. And I remember a snow storm approaching. Brian barely reaches the cottage Justin rent for them. And Justin is cooking.

Edit: Found! It's Suddenly It’s Summer by Moonshadow Woman. And it's not Christmas, it's Thanksgiving.
