Brian sings

I just came home from a school concert, and in the high school boys' accapella group, there was a genuine Gale Harold lookalike. I couldn't help but wonder if there were any fics out there in which Brian got involved with singing. (I'd imagine Jack would have had something to say about it if Brian joined a choir.)

So...any fics out there in which Brian sings? A choir at school or church, his "rock band" with Michael, lullabyes to Gus, anything? (Or if not, consider this a plot bunny looking for a home.)

I know of one where Brian is in a band, wait I know of two but of one I know the title but I can't find a link.

The first one is called "Black Holes And Revelations" and was posted here: http://community.livejournal.com/bjfic/ I hope someone remembers more and is able to find it. I only remember that Brian was in a band and I think Justin was his fan or something.

The second one is this: Transgression (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/DpF/Trans.htm) by Dollpart (This one is a bit complicated. Justin used to know Brian and the others but then he killed himself. Then his brother, who looks just like him, finds Brian. I never got around to finish reading it so I don't know more than this).

A third one is Celebrity, Gossip, & Vanity Fair by Yoursweater58 and I have it saved on my computer. If you want, I can send it to you.

There's one where Brian sings an Irish tune but I can't remember what it is. There's also one where he sings the Irish song "Danny Boy" to Gus but changes the words to "Sonnyboy." I'll look for it but I'm not sure what it was. I'm pretty sure it was somewhere on the Moonshadow Tribe site.

There is an amazing fic by rhiannonhero Queer as Grease (http://www.rhiannonhero.net/rhi/QueerAsFolk/queerasgrease.htm). However, it's an AU/High School fic, but everyone is in character. Brian is 17-18, Justin is 14, and Brian, Michael and Justin play in a rock band. I highly recommend this fic, because it's just beautiful.

Doing some tagging and I remember a little bit about two fics - you may have to make a new request about them since this post is getting kinda far down the list.

1. Karaoke night at Woody's and the guys puts Brian & Justin's names in to sing and their song is "Islands in the Stream."

2. Brian is visiting Justin in NYC. Brian sings at another karaoke bar. It's been a long time and I don't remember the details, but I think he gets drunk on purpose or Justin gets him hammered so he'll be able to sing. He likes singing, but won't allow himself to do so if he's sober? I dunno.
