P513 Brian's Talking Car

 I'm hoping someone will recognise this fic.  Only thing sticking in my mind is that Brian has a car with some kind of system that can give him weather reports, traffic updates, and can record telephone calls that he wants to keep.  I'm fairly sure it was set P513 and that he and Justin were living at Britin.

You really should read Embark first. It details the purchase of the car. Framed is next. They both bookend BYBR.

lol I know you ve already found this fic, but I was just describing Beyond the Yellow Brick Wall to someone, and the one thing that came to mind first was "Brian has a talking car".
