Brian shot at work.

I keep thinking of this fic, where Brian is at his office (I'm not sure which series it's set in, but I'm pretty sure it's not Kinnetik) and a man comes into the office with a gun looking for him. I remember he shot the receptionist and a few other people, then finds Brian and ties shoots him in the shoulder (I believe) and ties him to a chair (this bit I'm not as certain about).
I know it's all very vague, but I've searched the right tags and I haven't been able to find it so far.  The crazy stalker/psycho fics I have found have all been post season-5.
Anyone there remember it at all?
