life in NY

I remember I read this fic a long time ago but now I can´t find it.
Brian and justin go to live in NY.I remember well only a scene,Brian is very angry whit Linds by phone because she didn´t want that Gus go to NY to visit,Brian stormed out and Justin thought he was to fuck or something but he only goes to sit on the landing.When he return he has decided that he need a lawyer.
I was looking in the tags but I didn´t see it.

I think the fic you're looking for is Love Will Always Win by Luv_Sam. Justin lives in NY and Brian is visiting when he has the phone conversation with Lindsay. He storms out of the apartment but only ends up downstairs. The scene is in Chapter 17.
