What if fic, Daphne is pregnant with Justin's baby

Hello all! I've been wondering if there are any fics out there in which Daphne finds out she's pregnant... while Justin is still in his coma after the bashing? I'm looking for something that follows basic canon, but exlpores what things/events would be different and what would stay the same if Daphne had gotten pregnant.

I have specifics on what I would like to see, but this isn't a prompt community so I won't go into great detail here, just... nothing too angsty, some angst is fine, but less is more. Also, Justin and Daph stay best friends and no anti-Mikey (or any of the other main characters) fics or character deaths (aside from canon ones) please. Anybody know of any stories like this?
