Brian dreams Justin is a special agent, whose partner is a woman

 This is fic that I remember reading a long time ago.  Can't remember the name of the fic or the author, and if I recall it was quite a long story, but I'm hoping someone can help.  Some details I remember:

Brian thinks Justin is a special agent, CIA or something like that and that his partner is a woman, who has moved in with them into (?) Britin.  I think Brian ends up having an affair with her.  I remember he admired her because she was such a strong personality.  We then discover that Brian has dreamt the whole thing and he wakes up in hospital.  However Brian thinks the whole thing happened, and the first person he sees when he comes to is a nurse, who just happens to be the woman agent in his dreams.  Even when Justin tries to explain that it was all a dream of some sort, Brian is convinced that they are working under cover and trying to protect him.  Brian insists the nurse/female agent comes to live with them, both Brian and Justin end up having sex with her (they're living as a threesome really).  I think maybe, perhaps, she gets pregnant by Brian, but I can't be sure.  Turns out that before she was a nurse, the woman was involved in the porn industry and is now being chased down by someone from her past.

I know this sounds like a weird story, but  it's as I remember it.  Someone please tell me I  haven't dreamt this whole thing up!!
