Gus taking Brians and Justins Name at their wedding

Hi everyone,
I´ve been looking for this story for ages but I can´t remember the title or who wrote it so I haven´t had any luck so far.
Here is what I remember:
Gus has a younger sister but it isn´t JR. Either Lindsay or Melanie died, I pretty sure it was Lindsay, and Melanie is now with a new partner. Brian and Justin are getting married and is their best man. He makes a speech and tells them that for a gift he has decided to take their name.

I hope someone can help me. I read this story probably about a hundred times and I´m going to smack myself on the head as soon as I read the name. You would think that someday I`ll learn to use bookmarks...
