Brian & Justin give Gardner a painting by Justin

I'm looking for a fic I read awhile back, and I can't remember many details, but I know that there is a scene where Gardner Vance is given one of Justin's paintings as a gift and its sort of a f*** y** to him, since I think he doesn't have alot or respect for Justin, probably because of his age. The painting is given during some kind of office party so everyone knows where it come from. I know it not alot to go on, but any help would be appreciated!

This is nothing more than a guess but it might, maybe, possibly be Making It Through the Summer, which is available in the DL More Fics Here link on the Sidebar. I could be totally wrong about this, though. It's been years since I read that fic.

Grrr! The sequel was included in the downloaded document, and I read through hundreds of pages only to find it unfinished! Do you know if it was ever completed?

Oh, I'm so sorry. I should've noticed that and said the sequel's an abandoned WIP. I fucking HATE abandoned fics!

That's ok; it was a really long fic to look through just to find out it's a WIP and I don't blame you. Just wanted to put that out there for anyone else.

I'll check, but I don't think so. I read that fic about 2 months ago. The one with the painting I read last year, and only one time. Thanks for trying! If I can think of anything else about the story I'll try posting again.
