Well I remember this delicious fic that I read a while ago... It's post 513 and Justin is obviously in NY while Brian is suffering the distance. Finally he understands his life is with Justin no matter what, so he decides to buy a new office to start Kinnetic in NY and sets arrangements with a New York realtor (a woman but I'm not sure about it) who knows Justin and Brian asks her to not tell anything to him because it will be a surprise for his Sunshine who, in the meantime, is working for his first show...

Please any help would be great.
