Justin is a paramedic/doctor

I just remembered a fic I've read a long time ago. It was on MW and an abandoned fic and I can't remember the title (I've already searched through the in-progress AU on MW but I can't find it). Anyway, since I know that there was only one chapter of that one I'm not really asking for that fic but what I'm asking for, is if you know a fic where Justin works in a hospital (paramedic, doctor... whatever) and meets Brian who doesn't work in a hospital.
