So i was wondering if there is any fic where Michael doesn't exist
and Brian has some other best friend who likes Justin????

What mysid suggested or something similar to that that says what you're looking for - B has different BFF who likes J - whatever you want that is specific. The one you have up there now doesn't say anything about your request.

Ermmm i think in 'Counting Blue Cars' Michael doesn't seem to be a jerk but it's very AU where Justin dies and came back to life.

Have you read besame_bj's Mirror-verse (http://besame-bj.livejournal.com/tag/)? It's the series in which Brian discovers that he has an identical twin, Brendan, who was given up for adoption at birth. The series has four stories: Mirror, Precipice, Dream, and Enigma. Enigma is an active WIP.

Although Michael is in it, it fits your request because Michael's jealousy of Brian's developing relationship with his twin causes a rift between them. Michael is soon out of his role as "Brian's best friend," and Brendan soon fills that role. Brendan is very supportive of Brian/Justin.
