I believe it went something like this... Michael is spending more time in Toronto visiting the kids and tells Gus that when his Dad lets him down and stops coming to see him b/c he is too busy w/ Justin that he - Michael - will take care of him. But kids being kids, Gus runs away to find Brian and winds up taking the bus by himself. He's alright, but Brian can't forgive Michael for putting Gus in danger, and for basically trying to use Gus as a pawn against Justin. The series is Brother's Keeper, Keeping it Together, Safe Keeping, Keeping Touch, and Keeping Time. Just finished Keeping Touch myself.
