For a crossover fic I like Freedom - the Founding is a Stargate SG1 crossover with a little Híghlander and X-files thrown in. Earth needs to re-locate and Justin gets a ticket to go.

You might want to try another of HollyIlex's fix - The Most Important Campaign in the History of the World

It's a QAF/Stargate crossover which is pretty much anti-Mikey at various points (my favourite is when he throws up the first time he goes through a gate). Basic plot is that TPTB hire Brian to devise a campaign to let the world know about the discovery of the Stargates without creating panic.
