That's Myrna's fabulous series "If You Needed Me." (By the way, Justin has a brain tumor, not cancer, and he does have seizures.) Highly recommended. Fairly long. Four parts, written from four different points of view.

Want proof that she's a great writer? She made me like both Ethan and Michael in this story! Trust me, you'll laugh, you'll cry.

Yes, Plum's "BYBR" and Rhi's "Incarnadine" are both worth the read. I can't recall if fisting occurs in any of triciaqaf's fics or not. You can check her Memories and regardless, her stories are also way hot.

"Keeping It Together, the second in Vamphile's Keeping series has Justin having residual brain issues from the bashing. I don't remember if seizures are involved, but there is much "fucking him better." :)

Sisterre has a fic called "Life is Just Fine and then a Hiccup" where Justin is in a car crash and also then diagnosed with fibromyalgia. And there's a sequel. Brian's pretty OOC in this fic.

There's another one where Justin goes deaf from an explosion on the Rage set and everyone learns sign language but I can't remember where I found it.
