Looking for a throw-Justin-off-a-cliff cancer fic I read a long time ago. I believe the title included the name "Judas", but I'm not sure. I think it was on ATP and the search feature for that site sucks. The one scene that stands out for me is that Justin is at Lindsay and Mel's house, sitting on the stairs and overhears a conversation between Brian and Mel - acting as his attorney - where he tells her he's terminal, that he needs Justin to hate him so he won't mourn when Brian dies. That's as much as I recall, and have no doubt that it will be found before I even post this request. Love you all and your dedication to this comm.

FOUND: I went to the ATP site and went through all the stories one by one until I found it. It's "The Creed Series" by Jewel so I was wrong with the title. I appreciate all the help in searching, though!

Hi all,

It's been a while!

I'm looking for a fic I read awhile ago. In it, Gus was telling the gang about his weekend spent with Brian and Justin – I think he was at the diner? – and he was saying how Brian looked after Justin because he was sick/had a nightmare (sorry – I'm a bit vague on the details).

It may have been called the asshole or something similar? Everyone was there, and they were all shocked about how sweet and protective Brian was over Justin. I think Melanie was angry that she had to pick Gus up early because Justin was unwell.

Any help would be fabulous!

Hi,
I'm looking for a fic a read a while ago where Mel and Ben talk about what it's like loving people who love Brian and then Hunter joins the conversation. Later at Debbie's, Hunter (and possibly Ben and Mel) wears a t-shirt with letters that stand for something like "Assholes who love assholes who love the asshole" or something like that.
I think that Ben leaves Michael after this dinner because Michael complains about Brian paying for Hunters college fund or Hunter applying to college at all?

Anyway, does anyone recognize this story? I might have mixed two stories but I really want to find it.

Does anyone remember a fairly recent fic, I think it was posted on Midnight Whispers. Brian is out with the gang and they all get drunk, he wakes up with Michael in his bed and of course Michael is madly in love with him. But he's not the only one, Ted comes by the loft to confess his love for Brian and him and Michael end up fighting over Brian. Then low and behold Mel tells Lindsay their relationship is over, and she's leaving her for, yes you got it Brian, she’s also madly in love with Brian.

Justin's home from New York, and after he realizes that nothing actually happened between Michael and Brian they start to try and piece together what's happening to everyone. Deb's furious with Brian for getting involved with Michael and the only other part I remember is that Emmett doesn't seem to be affected and he tries to help them figure out what going on. They end up going someplace out of town and I'm not sure if it's mysterious Marylyn or someone else, but they all sit down together as the gypsy starts to unravel the recent past events.

I'm not sure if this fic is still a wip, but it was intriguing to say the least... Any thoughts on what this fic is titled, or the author's name? Thanks for your help... ~ Kathleen

1) I read a fic some time ago where Brian and Justin were in court and I think they were suing the girls for custody or something and Joan testifies against Brian and makes references to Justin, I believe. Sorry that's about all I can remember from the fic.

2) Are there any fics where Brian and Mel have been friends since college and gives birth to Gus, Lindsay's the one who doesn't care for Brian or Justin. And who only cares about how much money she can get out of Brian even though he still has his rights to Gus.

I was wondering if I could ask if anyone can recommend fics that sort of fit these scenarios.

1. Instead of deciding to go with Michael, Melanie chooses Brian as the father. Maybe they form a better friendship along the way.

2. I checked through the tags a month ago, but I would like some good friendship stories between Brian and Emmett, preferably when Brian isn't doing all that well (post 2x22 or post 5x13 or possibly something bad happens to Justin) or maybe Emmett isn't doing so well and Brian is actually the one who takes initiative to spend time with him. I have found more of Brian and Ted, but I will also take stories of them in a similar scenario as well. RECS POSTED BELOW

3. Any fics tell about Emmett's backstory? We hear snippets of Aunt Lula and getting matches thrown at him in the locker room, but I would like something to center around Emmett and his past. It can be pre-series, in-series, or post. It would be great if the rest of the gang was in it and helped him out though. Rec by gaedhal below

Also, I am a huge Brian/Justin shipper so if they are the main or side couple in any of these fics, that is completely fine. Also, hurt/comfort and angst are also wonderful (and sadistic) things.

Looking for a fic in which Mel shows up at Brian and Justin's door with not only Gus (and maybe JR) but with twins Lindsey has as well. Lindsey is in the hospital a little out of her mind and Mel couldn't handle that and the kids at the same time. Plus, she has made no "connection" with the twins

I just finished this story, or what there was of it, it kind of ended in a weird place. Anyway. I remember reading one in which Lindz and Mel break up, I think Lindz decides to go off to find herself, Mel is sick Daphne helps her. Brian takes care of Gus Mel gives him his rights back in case she dies....

Hey!

So I read this story a long time ago and for the love of God I can't seem to remember it. What I remember is this:

1. It is an AU. Brian and Justin might have met in high school or something. Not sure though.
2. Justin and Cody have a past that is exactly like their Pink Posse venture.
3. Justin calls Cody because Brian is in trouble and Cody agrees to help if Justin joins with him for one dangerous plan.
4. Daphne is mad that Justin had agreed to Cody's deal.
5. Brian and Justin are not in the best of terms and Brian doesn't know that Justin is the one that helped him.

That is all I can think of. If anyone manages to understand what the heck I am trying to say, you are my hero! xD

Brian has friends from college that need his help running their business...I think one of them is sick or injured. B/J are together (I think). The friends live in Chicago maybe. Brian had run into one of them in Atlanta maybe. I know I'm not ANY help at all. I thought maybe it was a related story to Moonshadow Women's (Silent Night) but can't find anything like that. Also, I think I originally read the story on Across The Pond.

Brian and Justin are in New York. They bought property that is the business and their home. I'm pretty sure Mel and Linds or both end up living there with them and the kids. That's all I recall.

O.K. I have come back to QAF after a few years absence having lovingly re watched the lot. I unfortunately have lost a large amount of bookmarks since then. There is a particular fic that is driving me mad and I really want to find it, if you could help that would be great.
It is a future fic, and I think it began about a year after the end of series five. It becomes clear that despite whatever everyone thinks they know, Brian and Justin are still seeing each other when they can, but are keeping it a secret, there is a sense that Brian does consider them married although they continue to see other people, they later chose to put on the rings but there is no ceremony. Justin is a successful artist, and there is a scene when Justin does a very large painting that is sold before his show is even opened. Later on they become monogamous but only because they want to fuck without condoms. This was a very long running fic made up of different books and it wasn't finished the last time I read it. Any help would be great.

Hello, fic spotters! Can anyone help me find this one?

In post-513, after a fight with Lindsay, Mel drops in on Brian and crashes on his sofa because she doesn't want to deal with the happy couple lives all their other friends are leading. But oh! It just so happens that Justin is coming in from NYC for a couple of days and Mel ends up having to sleep with earplugs.

I'm looking for a story, where Brian and Justin were living with Mel and Lindsay in New York. They all raised the kids together. They got along very well. The didn't live in the same house, but they lived side by side and the kids went from house to house. I'm not sure if I'm mixing up stories, but I think Mel and Lindsays second child was fathered by Brian in this story. Sadly don' t remember much else. Any ideas?
