Justin without health insurance

Brian and Justin are not together, because of Ethan fiasco, and  Justin left  Ethan because of his cheating. There this fiction starts. Justin is leaving his job in the dinner. He don´t wanna be meeting Brian and the gang. He think they hate him. He have to find new job. I am not sure, but I think  this job will be stocking goods in a store. Justin received letter from his father´s health insurance company. There in this letter is written information, that Justin´s father took him out from his health insurance. Justin is desperate, because he has no money for his pharmaceuticals and he suffer really hard. His hand is shaking and his head is killing him. He also lost his weight because he has no money for food. He has problems in school because of his hand and migraine. Justin´s health condition is really horrible.....I am desperately looking for this fic. I can not remember author or title:-) Please help me.
