Brian, Justin and a third

Hi  I read a story a long time ago, and would like to reread it. What I remember is that Brian and Justin are in New York, I think, and they meet a man, that might have been an old lover of Brian's. I think he had a daughter, and the three wind up living together. Any help would be appreciated.
