I'm pretty sure it's this one: http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/KF/Longway.htm "The Long Way Home" by Kris, on the Moonshadow Tribe.

It is pretty similar to "Do Unto Others," but this one is a lot shorter, only four chapters, and finished...I can't remember who the rapist is in this one, but it's not a psychopath/serial killer-rapist like in Kamikazi's story...
