"Vulnerable Points" by Besame...I don't have a link, but you can find it on Across the Pond.

Brian rescues Justin from a mental hospital where he's being abused by his psychiatrist. Justin ends up there after apparently pushing Jennifer down a flight of stairs and trying to kill himself, but things are way more complicated...it's pretty action-packed actually, including Brian and Justin escaping across the country in disguises, a run in with a group of foreign nuns which leads them to take refuge in a monastery, the entire time being chased by people wanting to kill them or kidnap Justin...
