The 3rd one is Laundering Karma by [livejournal.com profile] mclachlan. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to exist anywhere anymore. She removed it from bjfic.net and her own LJ, and it's not on her writing LJ, [livejournal.com profile] mclachland. It's not her only fic that seems to have disappeared.
