I'm pretty sure this fic was by Moonshadow Woman. Justin lives on a farm with Molly, and Jennifer and Craig are both dead. Brian is from out of town, and he helps Justin get back on their feet what with his parents' death and what not. I believe the banker in charge of their mortgage is preventing foreclosure by coercing Justin into performing sexual favors?

I've been having a hard time finding it myself because it's very difficult to find a fic by her unless you already know the name of it. Can anyone help?
