isn't where is living in vancouver cause the old lady that saved him lived there and gave her money to him and he's sets up all these sunshine house's because of what deb did to him by taking him in after the bashing? that might be it but not a freaking clue the title or author though hopefully the little summary helps jog someone else's memory.
