AU!Justin a ranch

Does this sound familiar? It's an AU fic, and Justin owns some kind of ranch (I think he inherited it from his parents when they died). I also am fairly certain he was having to raise Molly by himself. Brian worked on a ranch (in Texas maybe?) and left for whatever reason and somehow managed to find Justin. Brian helps Justin get the ranch back into working order.

I think, too, that Justin is being harassed by the bank owner (it may have been a "blowjob for giving you a loan approval" type of thing).

Sound remotely familiar?

Yes that is my good friend Julia's fic, the title escapes me but she probably has it up on Midnight Whispers. She posts most of her things there. In the meantime, I will get the name of the fic for you.
