getithere | Looking for a crossover...I think

I was going over a file of story ideas I typed up last March, and I came across a reference to a fic that I no longer remember (or have a bookmark to). I can't believe I didn't put a name or url in when I typed it up, but if this sounds familiar to anyone, I'd really appreciate the help.

I was plotting out ideas for a story where Justin is/becomes friends with Ted.
Here's what I wrote:

Justin talks to Ted's mom and comforts her a little (ala Charmed/QAF crossover by em-something-or-other)

I know, I know, you're SOOOO proud of my being so very descriptive and using important words like ala and something-or-other. But in my defence, it was a note to myself, and if whoever wrote that story reads this, I really don't mean anything rude by it, I just couldn't remember the author name even then.
