I'm looking for the story where Brian has a traumatic brain injury. Justin moves in to help take care of him but Brian is never the same. Brian has a physical therapist named Carlos or something like that. I thought it was Broken Image but that's not it. I looked through the memories but there are so many that could be this one... I gave up. Thanks to anyone who can help me find it.

Well, I remember a physical therapist in Morpheus' "Prisoner of Tremont Street," but Brian just has a broken leg there and he's still the same person.

I'm wondering if you mean Tammy's "Reason to Believe?" Brian has amnesia, but remembers Justin and is completely different personality-wise. He & Justin aren't together anymore; Justin's with Ethan, but he moves back into the loft to help Brian. This is the only one that comes to mind where Brian is really different.
