Post 311 fic

Justin's grandfather is disgustingly rich (something to do with banking) and he loans Justin and (a reluctant) Brian money so they can go into business together. They buy Vanguard off of Vance who doesn't know it's them. 

Does anyone know the fic I'm thinking about?
