Seeking Icon/Found

Hey guys!
 You're all awesome at finding stories, I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of an icon...  I'm pretty sure I've seen somebody use it. It has Emmett's lines: "Little Mary Sunshine died... I'm Little Mary Go Fuck Yourself" 
If anyone could point me in the direction of the maker, the icon, I'd be forever grateful.
