Tired of looking for this fic!

I'm looking for one of the fics where Justin went to NYC and Brian never found him. He ends up being a very good tattoo artist, and has friends/mentors that helped him out. The story talks a lot about tattoo culture and Justin has lots of ink at this point -- I remember some line about how Brian feels about Justin marking his lovely skin. I remember that Justin also wears his hair long and wears a lot of leather (?). I know he ends up in Pittsburgh for some sort of joint competition at one point. It is either a series or long story. I think the title has his nickname and/or the name of the tattoo shop in it. Does this sound at all familiar?
