getithere | Brian's brother Liam in institution

Ok, I know I read a story where Brian had a brother named Liam who was in an institution. He never told anyone about him, but visited and took care of him.

I remember, as the story progressed, once he was taken off of a lot of his medications, he was able to function normally.

I looked in the tags for Liam and brother, but was unable to find it and I can't for the life of me remember the author.

Could someone help a sister out?
